Welcome to the 18th annual Carson City Silver Dollar Car Classic!
The event dates for 2012 are August 3rd through 5th with an awesome pre-kickoff cruise night scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 2nd at the Plaza Hotel & Conference Center at 805 S. Carson St. from 6 to 8PM!
Join us Friday night Aug. 3rd for a fun Street Dance and show n shine in the Carson Nugget’s west parking lot along Carson St.!
(Street Dance entertainment by Route 66!)
Registration is as little as $45 per car for the Show N Shine Package, but if you want the FULL Event Package (the best deal), then it’s just $65 if you sign up before July 6th!
We’ll have dozens of awards to hand out for all kinds of categories, plus a wonderful poker run planned Sunday that caps off with a tasty BBQ and awesome awards ceremony afterwards!

Mills Park is the setting for the daily show n shines Saturday and Sunday which means your “baby” will be under big shady trees with plenty of cool grass under your feet!
NEW THIS YEAR!! Saturday night comes alive at the Carson Nugget with the Silver Dollar Sock Hop! The event runs from 6 to 10PM, Sat., August 4th and features music from the 50′s and 60′s by DJ Don Murray, dance contests, costume contests, hoola hoops, and lots of rockin’ fun!
